Internal Medicine Department is the first department for the adult patients to apply for. Patients with inflammatory, respiratory tract, digestive system, liver, heart, thyroid, and cancer diseases, anemia, vitamin deficiencies, high blood pressure, and diabetes apply to the Internal Medicine Department for the initial diagnosis and treatment. Internal Medicine is a comprehensive specialty and acts as a guide for those who have health problems. Patients are usually examined and diagnosed in this unit first. Depending on the condition of the disease, they are either treated by this unit or referred to another department.
